Meet the experts behind our company
• The team at Future of Finance Consulting started their careers in Finance & Procurement then progressed to a senior level through qualification and diverse of experience
• Between 2010 & 2012, the founder team made the transition into transformation programmes - specialising in Finance & Procurement.
• Having worked globally in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australia, USA, South America India and China, the core team have lots of experience of different cultures and so really appreciate that different styles and the need to adopt multiple methods of delivery to get things done effectively
• With all of those advanced skills and a foundation understanding the team can really get to the nub of the issues with the ability to transcend theory and really get into the real world problems then craft out robust and innovative solutions
• Over time, the founders have established this specialist firm Future of Finance Consulting, which offers transformation services.
• This includes delivery from Target Operating Model and Service Design, setting up the transformation roadmap and preparing the business case through to leading programme/ projects including ERP and systems delivery.
• In addition to the overarching transformation and programme leadership/ PMO services, the team offers specialist data (transformation and migration), reporting and analytics services (data model and Financial hierarchy design and reporting solutions through BI).
