Overview

Craig heads up the Programmes & Projects Practice at Future of Finance Consulting. He is a strong Programme Director with a breadth of experience in transformation delivered through robust change management, strength in governance, delivered within tried and tested methodology. 

Experience

Craig worked in private sector Finance for several years with his last substantive role as Finance Director with Alstom Group then, 12 years ago, made the transition into transformation programmes - specialising in Finance & Procurement. Craig's work within Transformation has transcended Finance into the wider business and has involved multiple engagements which have included global ERP Implementations, Target Operating Model implementations and multiple systems and process improvement projects. Over the past few years, Craig has specialised in transformation within Housing Associations. 

Nikos Kontotasios

Future of Finance Consulting Co-founder and Director 

Overview 

Nikos leads our Data, Reporting & Analytics Practice. He has over 15 years of experience in Finance Transformation across multiple sectors including Social Housing, leveraging technology solutions to modernise finance functions. 

Experience

Nikos started his career in Finance at Serco Plc. Moving from core finance and commercial roles into Finance Projects and Transformation. Joined the technology sector at Arm, where he led global digital transformation initiatives, focusing on enterprise platforms, data insights and process efficiency. He has successfully led the Data, Reporting and Analytics workstreams for several global and domestic ERP implementations. Nikos manages the full lifecycle of each implementation, from designing foundational structures such as chart of accounts and procurement hierarchies, to leading data migration, systems integration and the deployment of reporting solutions using both BI platforms and native ERP capabilities.
